I live in Lake St. Louis (about 45 minutes west of St. Louis) but I work everywhere from downtown St. Louis to a 90 minute drive in any direction  from the city (in Missouri – not licensed in Illinois…yet). My specialty is helping clients find homes they can make their own. My husband and I have a tendency to buy the worst home on the block in order to renovate it for the next owner and make a little profit for ourselves. Due to my personal experience renovating homes while living in them, it’s easy for me to spot a great opportunity for my clients and help them create a realistic renovation budget and plan for themselves.
