I start all client relationship by listening to their real estate needs. I then help them identify why these needs are important to them and their lifestyle. After the needs and their motivations are identified, it is time for education. I use current market data to educate my clients on how the market could affect their real estate goals and what we can do to create competitive offers for them both as a buyer and a seller. Combing their needs, their why, and their new knowledge, we work together to get my client where they want to be.
