Okay, maybe I do but it’s not the only thing I do nor is it the only thing I want to do.
My intention when working with clients is to coach them through the buying and selling process. I want to educate my clients about the market and the various options available to them. Then, armed with knowledge and confidence about the market, we will together find a home or property that works best for them at a price and terms that are agreeable to all parties.
